For my Amazon FBA business, I’ve been really working hard on building my brand on Instagram. I’ve found that it is hands down the best social media platform out there for creating brand awareness around my fitness products.
In niches like fitness, Instagram users love posting photos and videos of themselves performing different exercises and workouts. So every day, I’m seeing my customers, on their own, posting content of themselves using my product to their Instagram profiles.
So my current social media strategy for Instagram has been to repost their content on my own brand’s Instagram page. It’s essentially a free testimonial of someone using my product. And as long as you ask permission first before reposting, you’ll be good to go.
The problem is that Instagram doesn’t give you any built-in tools for reposting photos or videos. So in the past, I used a paid app called Repost For Instagram to download Instagram content to my phone.
However, there was one limitation. If a user added multiple videos to a post, I could only download the first one.
The only way to get all the videos from the post was to DM the user and hope they would email me.
However, I recently found a better (and free) way to save multiple Instagram videos and photos to your computer or phone. And I’m going to share with you how in this quick tutorial.
How to save multiple videos from an Instagram post
The site I found that can help you download multiple Instagram videos from a post is called InstaDPS. It’s a website that you can use on your desktop PC or from your phone. It also can be used to download single photos and videos from Instagram as well.
Here’s how to use it.
Step 1 Find your post’s Instagram share url. On desktop, just browse to your specific post and copy the url in your browser. On mobile, select by clicking the ‘…’ menu and selecting Copy Link from any post.
Step 2 Visit this page at https://instadps.com/download-instagram-pictures-and-videos/ and input in the url you copied from Step 1.
Step 3 Voila! InstaDPS does the rest. All the images and videos will appear on the page like this where you can click the download link beneath each thumbnail link to save each video.
Final Thoughts
I hope you found this short tutorial useful. I’ve found that being able to save content from Instagram to be invaluable, and free tools like InstaDP make my life so much easier.
If you haven’t started using Instagram to promote your business, I really recommend you start doing so right away. It’s one of the fastest growing social media platforms out there so you don’t want to be left behind.
